Yeah that's a Rick Ross PKD recast, too. Poor guy's been recast so many times.

Looks like a Rick Ross BR gun. I don't have an original so I'm going by memory...otherwise moviemagicman has chosen some amazingly similar engraving.

His listings all include this at the end:

"also ships with our starter kit everything you need to start. sandpaper,mini file, directions, filler"

So I assume he is mass producing what he has on his site.

That Mal might be the only thing Arsenal sculpted for themselves.
It's such an awful piece that anyone who buys it from this guy OR Arsenal (I'm wondering if this IS Arsenal) is welcome to it.

I was looking for a Deckard kit this weekend and ran across this guy. It didn't take much of a zoom to realize this is a really messy cast.

It's "interesting" but it sure isn't a Robocop pistol. I suppose if you haven't seen the movie in years and you're going off of memory it might pass. If you close one eye and squint down your nose at it.:lol

That horribly cast, overpriced version of the Trigun Revolver is a recast of the Poseidon Kit but i'm pretty sure everyone knows that. The consensus is that since it was only ever avilable in Japan and the fact it's been out of production for many years is that it's ok. Regardless, that's 100% proof that he's willing to recast so there's no doubt in my mind the other pieces are as well.

EDIT: Oh wait, I thought I was reading it as 350$ :lol 35 is more in line with the quality of that hunk of solid-cast resin. Oh, and I like how he's using a United Cutlery stand for the Stormtrooper blaster.

Etsy has certain criteria for the stuff you can sell. If it's his collection then he is inelligible to sell them on etsy. For example, I cannot sell my MR assault phaser as I did not make it myself. Etsy is for artists and started by artists as I understand. If we ever had a a good chance for getting recasts of our work stopped it would be here. I can't see artists letting copies of other artists work get made and sold.

I'm pretty sure that "Robocop" gun is a recast of a water pistol available a few years ago. :lol
I bought one (the actual water pistol) just because of the vague likeness to use as my personal water pistol when me and my kids played war. Sadly it eventually dry rotted and cracked.

Edit: After looking a bit closer, it might not be although it does look pretty close to the water pistol. I'm now thinking it's just a recast of some cheap airsoft that vaguely resembles the Robo gun.
