It appears that this is the Joiner helmet that is on Jez's website. What a shame that this renovation was not done properly, nor in the ESB scheme. It would have been much better if they had used the old frown outline as a guide. Still a great piece of film history and it will be interesting to see what price it reaches...

I wonder if anyone can screen match this, if there are only 12 helmets in ESB, one of which is a Hero IIRC it shouldn't be too difficult with HD. Calling Gizmo :lol where are you buddy.

I thought JJ's helmet had four holes cut out on either side of the frown and straight lines for the tube stripes, this looks different....

How many trooper helmets does he have????

Jez thinks it is the same helmet (hope you don't mind me saying Jez), but refurbished again. There are a number of similarities, chin piece, shape of 'some' of the frown holes, the HDPE 'pinch' by the right ear stem (as you look at it).
