Well, have tried sending a message to their ebay page. No reply there either :( Finding my self really not liking these guys now.
 
guessing this guy is the same user, but with yet another ebay username, "star_wars_props" has 3 yoda's for sale at the minute on ebay

Got this picture from FUC a few days ago, and yes it has been sent now! 7+ months of wait... Have already received the ordered cowl+neck armor incl. stand and cape now from them. Great quality but far too long wait time! (My name & address is delibarately cropped away)

happy for you, but i've not answer from him for at least 2 months, i will never see those gauntlets
 
I havn't gotten a response for two months since that peter guy promised I would have them in 10 days, I ordered my gauntlets in sept of last year and I'm pissed that I don't have them but people who have been waiting less time are getting theirs. And no matter how many emails I send I never get a response, I wish there was a phone number I could call. I have sent messages to the facebook with no response, and I have posted on their wall and my posts are deleted within an hour so I don't know what to do.
 
I have ordered a Joker Robber Mask from Fan Universe Creations last October, and still have not received my mask yet. I have emailed Selena MULTIPLE times regarding this and to no avail. I have filed a complaint with paypal, and waiting on them to respond to see if they can do anything about this. I will provide updates as this progresses.
 
Hello all, I just found this site through some web searching on the same issue that I'm having. I ordered a cowl, neckpiece, and cape from this site back in Aug 2013 and I've also just been given the run-around via emails from Selena and haven't received anything up til now, it's almost a year since I placed the order. I just want to add to the confirmations that this site is no good.

Has anyone here ever received a refund from them ? I've asked 3 times and they completely ignore it and say the usual crap about receiving it in 2-3 weeks
 
I visited their FB page to post a complaint there, was surprised how vigilant they are there! My post would last anywhere between 1-4 minutes before getting deleted, afterwhich I would repost. This when on for about 30 min until someone else finally post their own complaint 4 times in a row. I reposted one more time and it looks like their admin gave up deleting my post. We should all post 1 complaint each on their FB page so that more people see them before making a purchase. :)

update- my post on their FB page has finally lasted a record of 19min this time, yay! Looks like Fan Universe Creations' FB admin has given up for now!
 
another update- looks like their admin now locked the page so that no one can post comments to their timeline. Oh well, there goes my fun for the day.. :-/
 
wow, so after my brief fiasco on their FB page, they just emailed me this:

"as you may or may not know the business has had change of hands and Selena
doesn't work here anymore as she had been causing a lot of backlog making
mistakes and not fulfilling orders on time.

We have taken over and are now working through the backlog that had been
created by her, and have shipped most of the outstanding orders. Your order is
part of the next batch that is to be made and shipped within the next 3 - 4
weeks.

As you can see from the posts of Facebook, there are many customers who
have now received their items and are very pleased with the quality.

Thank you again for your purchase and your patience.

I won't believe them until I actually see my stuff delivered, but I guess bad publicity on FB is something they can't afford since so many people around the world are just on it. I don't think their email is sincere though because if they had sincere enough intentions, they would have left the negative posts on their FB page and responded to each one responsibly rather than try to covertly delete them before they were noticed by anyone.

It will be a year since I've placed my order, and interesting enough I am not able to post to their FB page now, which again leads me to question their integrity. I am also wondering why people whose orders are overdue, but still ordered after me, are receiving their orders before me.
 
same ultra bats will be 11 month for me on the 17 th and still havn't gotten mine nor have I gotten a response to any emails in 3 months now

I live in Winnipeg Canada. To prove it, i took pictures of the gauntlets next to today's newspaper. I just got my gauntlets and cape today in the mail. From making payment to receiving the items, it took 6 weeks. They both look amazing. The gauntlets look exactly like the gauntlets on my 1:4 hot toys Batman figure. The cape is the exact same material as the cape on my 1:1 Batman bust (HCG). I saw this forum before I ordered the gauntlets and had my doubts with all the problems people have been having but I still had to take my chances. I could not find any other online company that made replica gauntlets and I needed them for the UD Replicas dark knight suit which comes with ugly looking gauntlets. I really feel bad for those who haven't received their items yet, but I really hope that you will receive it one day. I'm sure FUC is gradually working on the backlog.

I had excellent email communication with Fan Universe. I sent a total of
20 emails to fanuniversecreations@gmail.com since May 24, 2014. Fan
Universe replied back to almost all the emails within a matter of hours. A
couple emails were replied a few days later.

Sarah is the name of the employee I dealt with throughout the entire
process. I had seen this RPF forum prior to making my order and all the
problems ppl have been having. I asked FUC about it because i did not want
to wait a year for gauntlets. Sarah assured me that the old staff are no
longer there and that they would ship my order within 2-3 weeks
guaranteed. This is the only online company I could find that makes
replica gauntlets that i really really wanted for my display/costume, so I
just took my chances. Paypal and my credit card gave me 45 days to file a
claim if I didn't ever receive my products, so that was my backup plan.
