Problem with Zenix Green Lantern Ring...

Hey all. I've tried contacting Zenix with no luck.

Zenix's ring is by far my most favorite green lantern ring. I've had it on the shelf away from sunlight. I was starting to make a new display for the rings I have when I noticed the green resin is turning brown. I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem with their Green Lantern rings. Needless to say this is bumming me out. Can anyone help with contacting Zenix?

I said I'd fix it for $15, which is the cost of the resin 3d print.

I still have yet to get it off to you, but again I don't think it's right for me to pay for something that wasn't made right to begin with.

I think it is VERY reasonable to want something with a quality that does not crumble over time. Rudeness has nothing to do with it. I would feel the same way.

The jeweler who resized my wife's engagement ring couldn't foresee the weld breaking 2-1/2 years later but he still repaired it for free no questions asked and she wears her ring 24/7. I don't wear Zenix's ring. It's in a display away from sunlight. I discovered the color problem while dusting the shelf.

I don't think I've been rude (or unreasonable) in the least expressing my displeasure in being asked to pay to have defective item repaired I paid over $150 for. It's nothing personal. It's my favorite of all the GL rings I have. It's why I spent more money buying one of his movie Sinestro rings.
