I'm going to be placing my PD order soon - does any one have a list together for what is needed?
I'm jotting down codes for the supplies I *think* I need... this is covering the spread on the c-channels in case I misinterpret the photos (I dont' want to go by the resin kit)
C-3
C-4
C-6
C-8
C-10
C-12
T-4
CFS-5
Also need to dial in the codes for:
Style B incandescent lamps
Style E incandescent lamps
VHE something
tube for the "laser" base on the body
ABS rectangular tubing
Two cylindrical tanks on the side of the body - people using Plastruct?
I am heading to the Where Science Meets Imagination exhibit this weekend. From looking at the promo pics they look to have the probe droid.
Are there any particular parts that additional reference pictures might be helpful? It looks to be sitting against a wall, so no 360![]()
Theres stil lots to work out from my end on the PD as I've only replaced certain parts, re sizes aside from the plastruct lamps it all depends on what sizes you use for the legs. As far as I know there are 3 sets of these, Mine Lees and Moes, and all 3 use different size ABS for various joints. I would recommend getting ABS stock from 6.4mm up to about 16mm in the rectangle stuff and go for your own methods. The U channel you need will be sized depending on the size of rectangle tube.
Re lists, I dont have one but just copied what " I" used on my last set. These do vary on current builds though so it is best to go your own way or I could send you down a dark path. I dont have the codes in my head but used the info in Lees thread for the lamps. I'll try n dig out my plastruct order from EMA
I guess I call it "C" channel because of the catalog code, and that it looks like a "C"?
