WTK: The Prisoner (AMC) Prop ID Card

Does the Board recall the short lived (5 or so episodes) TV Series "The Prisoner" ?

I was searching for for further info and perhaps photos of the Identification Card that was given to each Village Resident.

I know they did a close replica for the San Diego Comic Con last year.

Any info would be great. Thanks.
