Printable Ironman helmet "blueprint" thing..

Can anyone post a download link to some printable Ironman pepakura helmet files, but not for the pepakura viewer..? I don't have access to a computer I can install the program to, but need the files for a helmet.

MK3, MK4, Mk6 or MK42 is fine

I have a normal size head, so no need to resize it or anything.. But if it can be in a4 size, standard european paper sheet?
