Print Enlargements

Would anyone happen to know where to go for print enlargements? What I have in mind is to have an 8 by 10 enlarged to poster size.

Is there a place where enlargements could be made in digital format?

I can't refer you to anyone that offers this service. But here is a Photoshop plug-in that allows you to enlarge images to poster size:
