Here ya go. This should go well with the antiqued version Drake's posted. I owe thanks to the back of the card shot. Can anyone post the evidence bag source and label artwork??

It's a little fuzzy, hopefulle someone can take it to the next level. And as far as accuracy, I pulled it right off the photo and skewed the daylights out of it.. Enjoy..

It's rather slow at work...

the Jpg is about twice the final size (for your viewing pleasure) my estimations make the label around 1.75"x2.75" as the pdf will attest.

I've redrawn all the label text and edited a pic of the label for the handwritten stuff.
