Pressure container for water

First time posting, so I don’t know if this is the right subforum, but anyways.

Does anyone know where I can get a pressure container for water, that:
- Can be “reloaded” (refill with water and pressure)
- Have enough pressure to shoot a jet of water out of a garden hose about 5-10 meter (16-32 feet)
- Have enough water to keep said pressure for at least 2-5 seconds
- Have a release mechanism that can be controlled by electronics (or the possibility to add such a mechanism)
- Is portable enough to be carried on my back

I’m planning to build a Blastoise (Pokémon) with working water cannons.

Don't know if they are available to you in Sweden, a pesticide sprayer should fit the bill. They run about $10 USD for a gallon version. You can fill it easy enough and You can pump as much pressure as you need. You could likely have a few options for electronic triggers or control.
