Question Premium Membership

Hi,
I don´t figure as "Premium" and I don´t have access to Premium Members section since a couple of months ago.
Im suscribed since jan 11 2012. I sent mails to the support section and nothing. I sent copies of the mail containig the payment receipt
Please, need help
 
My experience is that when you contact any staff member about this through pm,you'll get a response shortly and the email will reach the right person.

We apologize for the fact that you have not received a further response to the email that you sent. You followed the correct procedure by contacting us via email and after letting you know that you account was no longer set to Premium, you should have received another response with a solution. That aside, your issues is being looked at right now. :)
