PREDATORS - MOVIE INFO

Possibly! But I always thought that the aliens all had stingers at the tip of their tails that could inject some sort of toxin that paralyzes. Maybe the queen doesn't have that ability? Not too sure on that one.
 
I don't know about toxins on the tail, I just figured with the proper placement the Preds were getting paralyzed by the tail severing the spinal column. I do remember from the AVP:R commentary that the PredAlien(grits teeth while saying that), or aliens in general have some type of bacteria on the tips of the tail and in the original script the kid that gets stabbed died from it at the end...of course the Strause brothers also wanted the SF guys to kill the survivors too...

I too think that Wolf was the only real good thing about AVP:R, and that really isn't too much since he couldn't really hit squat with his cannons. At the power plant, I got that...pretty far distance for the first few shots, but in the two in the sewer...I guess he was just better at the hand to hand stuff 'cause that seemed to be the only place he shined.



Sorry to get OT...Like you guys, I just want to see a good Predator movie...

I think wolf's look was spot on as was his movement etc etc, but he was badly used in a bad film.... he is an elder and yet he didn't even notice the sherrif walk right up to him in the forrest and he was a worse shot than owen wilson in shang high knights etc etc, shame really.

Well, I wondered about that too, that he did not notice the sherriff. But then again, having two cannons by the side of your head will probably ruin your hearing after a while, so... maybe Wolf was deaf? :) Making him unable to hear the sheriff come up from behind.

Well I make a point never to argue with idiots, they drag you down to thier level, then beat you with experience.

so thats my final word on it, and back on topic now :)
