I just made some wrist blades just now but they are sooo floppy! what material should I use to make it thicker? I cannot get my hands on clay so dont even go there. ;) Should I use construction paper and keep making layers and layers and layers and layers? I will get a picture up ASAP!

Well, there is Bondo which is available at most walmarts, as well as resin. runs about 15 dollars, and is what is called a binary (or two part) compound. It comes with a catalyst that is mixed in with the bondo that when the reaction is done leaves it quite hard. This is usually found in the automotive area of the store.

WARNING use a mask and be in a well ventilated area as the fumes are dangerous.

Another thought is if you can pick up a plastic garbage can and then cut the blades from there. I have seen some of the Mando's make armor from those as well as a few Hunters here use it for theirs.
