here's a funny story. before series 3, they had a customer service phone number on their website. when I got series 2 berzerker, his leg snapped at the knee, similar to the elders arm problems, so i called them. they sent me a replacement within a day, and he was actually still in his packaging on his card. Since then, they took the phone number down.

After the mix-up and breakage of my first replacement figure I've now gotten the right figure from them without any issues. However, I don't plan the move the joints around now that I've got it. I'm just going to put him on the shelf and that will be that. lol

Just run him under hot water first. It works like a charm.

Or blast the joints with a hairdryer for a couple of minutes or so. Not full heat, medium heat for about thirty to sixty seconds depending on stiffyness then give him a go. Worked with my figures! I hear that leaving them in the sun works too but seeing as there's no sun now... yeah.

Yeah, I know the tricks but I'm still not willing to risk it. lol Even now with the "personally checked joints" it's like a fifty/fifty chance really. Never seen a crappier batch of plastic joints in my life.

Don't know if anyone else has seen them yet but I stopped at my local TRU on my way home from work and they had Series 4 figs. Got all three of them. Not bad in my opinion. Think I may keep the set in their packaging. Fear of parts breaking. We shall see.

Shaman1 here, new to this site! Lookin forward to starting my new collection of pred figures especially the neca lost clan. I just wish the paint apps were as good as the prototypes which were beautiful! Hopefully they make them all in 12-18in sometime in the future to get all that detail and paint work. Once I get goin on my collection maybe someone on here can do custom paint apps for me!

Welcome to the club or should I say clan? Hope you enjoy the figures as much as we do. Despite a few issues here and there they're still pretty cool figures.

Thank you! I plan on having them all set up with interior ship dio for display. For now the 7inchers will do, but my ultimate goal is to have the larger scale preds for display detailed and all. NECA so far has the most movie accurate sculpts so far, but if hot toys continues to release the lost preds with those new bodies and goes back and uses the new bods for the previous released losties, I will have died and gone to heaven. Those would be a must buy and in my opinion justify some of their outlandish pricing.
