Something about these I don't quite get-- the price increase ? They are now $17.99 instead of $15.99 and while we have more articulation, we have less accessories... so I dont get that increase in price.

Dude, the quality of these is head over heels better than the previous 3 releases. They are not even in the same category. From paint jobs to dreads to articulation to all around quality. You need to get them in your hands to see it. It is well worth the extra $2. Now I want NECA to go back and redo the Super Preds in the same manner. ...and Wolf. I can't get contorted Wolf to stay on his feet at all.

Series 4 is like what they all should have been, and I will go to my grave singing NECAs praise for releasing these.

Just realize that it may not specifically be necas fault for the price increase. The last two series have been 17.99 at my local tru and it hasn't increased for me on the new series. Price can sometimes depend on your area due to demand or the lack thereof. It also varies from online store to online store.

What do you mean by "less accessories"?

At least City Hunter and Boar have their discs and Shaman have a staff...

If you look back you'll realize the Berserker, Falconer, Tracker, Hound, Classic and P1 have none accessories

The only one with accessories was Elder (who has a crap quality control)

And i dont mind to pay a little more to have (a lot) better articulation, more quality control and no broken joints

And... what can you possible buy with $2,00? A donut?

What I don't get is why every one seems to have a problem with City Hunter, I personally think it looks great and is a lot more accurate in paint and sculpt than the McFarlane example. I would absolutely get this one but I'm holding out for the masked version which I think is the best looking, and he's got some great extras.

because neca's new factory,is the boss, it seems.
i think they must not really care, no matter what they screw up, neca takes up for them. i blame neca more then the factory, they got test samples of city hunter and knew it wasn't right paint wise, the chest and leg paint don't match at all., but neca let them go ahead and half paint it anyway.

i knew they wouldn't do a great job on city hunters head paint, understandable.
but why they couldn't match the chest paint with the leg paint, i don't really understand.i mean all they had to do is use the same red brown on the chest as they did the legs.
