Predator lore and universe!

Also, who do you think is the most powerful/skilful predator we have encountered, excluding Super Preds.

Id love to see Deny Glover and Arnie in this new movie. But, like Stan Lee usually do - in 5 sec cameo. Nothing more. This 2 boys are best predator hunters in the universe, and 2 words in new movie could be the best movie trick in the world. Hello, im back after 30+ years. Only "Mad Max" can challange with it. Any way - its my personal thoughts, and im not a film director.
yet:

I'd probably also like to see arnie in a more cameo style, but a bit longer than stan lee XD something more meaningful too.
Regarding skilled it depends what you mean, but on screen battles I'd say from all Predators the most "skilled" we've seen is Wolf.

About Wolf - agree 100%. The most skilled predator, real hunter (y)

Hey boys :)

Arnie and Danny in a cameo role, one that shows them probably near the end, or the end, helping save the day. Or you know how epilogue scenes are really popular now (think Marvel ones), they could show Arnie/Danny, cause that usually means there’s a sequel or something. Means more Predator Movies! ;D But from tweets and some leaked info, Arnie might not be totally in it as he apparently didn’t like a) the script or b) the role written for him wasn’t big enough.. Might totally be false of course.

Regarding the best Predator on screen, it’s easy, even against the Super Predators, Wolf takes the cake. But across all media (Literature, comics, games, etc..), that’s a very tough one..There’s Wolf again from an AVP game, who’s even more Badass than his movie counterpart. Then there’s his brother, Dark, who, in the game killed a predalien. There’s also Prince, from an earlier game, AVP2, who has this tally: 2 Praetorians (Bigger Xenomorphs), 2 Predaliens, an Alien Queen and General Vassili Rykov of the Colonial Marines. Then there’s also the Serpent Hunter, aka Alien head predator because his Bio is fashioned from a xenomorph head, who, according to AVP wiki is the most prolific xenomorph hunter of all time..

But still, after what I’ve read, played so far, Dachande, or Broken Tusk (From the first Alien vs Predator Graphic Novel, 1994), still holds that place in my heart, and so he will forever be my favourite Predator, apart from Isubomo ;P

Broken Tusk killed an Engineer which is worth a mention
Dark across all media is the most skilled Predator, seeing as he has accomplished feats that many Hunters would never be able to achieve.

One other thing. Does anyone have any good formulae for making a Yautja name, like Dachande or Lar'Nix'Va?

Hey Tallon, Yautja name generators out there are rare, but you can 'pick' one here: Yautja name generator

It's really outdated and that's possibly the closest one you'll get as The creators of the Predator we all love, Jim and John Thomas, did just that and nothing more than dabble in the screenplays of Predator 1 and 2. The whole universe exists what it is now because of Fans enthusiasm. It's just my 2 cents, but there are some fans out there that hate the name Yautja (Origin of this is not 100% accurate and not known), but if you enjoy the universe, you can give a big thanks to this guy: Randy Stradley . Randy was then VP of Dark Horse, and notable for having written many of the influential early Aliens vs. Predator comics series that helped make the crossover concept so popular. A writer and a fan (I presume) took it upon himself to expand on the popular comic more and wrote the 3 AVP Novels. This guy was Steve Perry. He invented a lot of the 'words' and 'phrases' associated with the Predator at the moment. One of them most likely came up with Yautja, so for anyone who thinks the one that came up with the name 'Yautja' shoud be shot, you might want to reconsider that ;P

Below are just some of the names I found on this thread on Yautja Dictionary (If you've seen TheHunted's, read this.) | Page 1 | Aliens vs. Predator | Guild Forums | Gaia Online, made by Captain Chupi the Terrible and is an excellent link. Also, according to the books, a Predators' 'greatness' also takes into account how many 'pups' he's sired or how many offspring he's had. Yeyinde/Dachande/Broken Tusk at the time of his death sired 73. :) Cheers all!

Human should not know this! What are you? :D:D:D

New question now: Super Predators; good idea? Or stick with the Bad Bloods?

Also, before they go off on their own, do the super preds from the movie hunt with a normal Yautja pack? Or do they hunt with an honourable pack of supers, then break away from them? Plot hole? o_O
