Predator hands for a child?

OK, so I am about 30% done my son's predator Halloween costume. I know just about everything else I need to do to get it finished but I am stumped on the hands. I have seen some adult sized hands/gloves that might work for a costume, but nothing his size.

what would you guys suggest?

I know some people on the Predator board have used garden gloves covered in latex and then painted. It might be difficult finding gloves for a child at this point in the year, but it's an idea.

ditto, child gloves, some plastic fingernails, and latex over it, and paint. done.

Yep, that should work. My local Hobby Lobby sells latex mold builder in the electric train section. You might find it there if you have one.
