Ok uh i need help on making predator dreadlocks... like what materials i need... im puting them on my paintball mask

Backer rod would be the way to go if you wanted to attach them to a paintball mask. Varying sizes/thickness for a nicer layered look. And don't forget to either taper the ends, or heat them up and roll them into a nice point.

I tried backer rod in my last scenario game AVP I put on, the backer rod will get blown off your helmet no matter how you glue or attach it. I fould using a full face paintball helm was the best. Just cut small X's in the helmet, then buy some black nylon ropes, pull the rope through the X's you've cut into the helm, tie a not so they don't pull through. This way your dreads can get lite up all day long and stay in place, doesn't look as good as backer rod or Bambooies, but it will last all day and looks good and is durable. I tested one of Bambooies dreads against a paintball set up to fire at 250 fps, ripped it in half. Bambooies dreads are far to nice to use for paintball and I about teared up destroying the best dread I 've seen to date.
