Predator Build (Fem-Predator) 3D modeled components, and sculpted components

So I got really annoyed that there werent any files for the 1987 computer gauntlet the predator wears that were open to house LEDs and electronic stuff so I am working on my own build. The ones I did find the makers weren't willing to share or sell their STL file so bleh. Im making my own which I will be sharing.

Here is the progress to far. Im using Fusion 360 to make this since this software is really good for making mechanical builds.

For the mechanical parts Im going to be looking into some of the hardware that is on Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kits . If you don't know about adafruit PLEASE check it out, it is a godsend for any tech-junkie or cosplayer.

For the main LED panels where I need the Yauja language I think I might go with a LED Matrix. I have no idea how to even begin wiring this bad boy when I get this STL printed. I dont have access to my 3D printer at the moment so its going to suck trying to test out prints.

If anyone can give me a helping hand or is just interested in this build let me know!

Here's some more progress! Not much but its getting there. Ive made the Top and Bottom panels now and need to figure out how i want to made a lid to snap into place so that I can easily add/remove the mechanical components.

Here's some progress on the biomask and the predator head.

MATERIALS:
-Plaster wrap
-Cardboard
-moldable thermoplastic (for teeth)
-paper mache
-tacky glue
-paper towel (for stuffing/support)

The facemask is made is two parts so that when I open my mouth the predator mouth opens. Im planing on making it to wear the mandibles open up when I fully open my mouth.

My process for making both the predator face and the bio mask were making the cardboard base, then apply a few layers of plaster wrap. The next step will be bondo on both sides.

Put together a 3D model/rendering of my suit. I pulled together some files I found online along with some files I made myself. The T-Posing model is not mine but it is scaled approximately to my height (66 inches). Im working on the computer gauntlet still, going to kinda mess with that for a while. Im going to order the 3D printed parts when I feel satisfied with the build. This is a bit of a mix from the new game, the original movie and the AVP movie

(Im using meshmixer and fusion 360 for all of this. Im using fusion for making new components and to scale and mesh mixer to refine and further edit scale.)
