Pred sounds in your costume

Hi Guys. I recall finding a thread not long ago and seeing a post from a lair member stating he somehow modded a bullhorn into a staff and used that to play pred sounds. I've searched and searched but to no avail. Is there a write up for this, or do any of you know of the thread I'm speaking about?

Previous years, I've hooked a cheapy mp3 player and a small ipod sound system up, and clipped it to my belt. Works fine indoors if there are no other loud sounds, but not so good on the street or at a club. The bullhorn Idea seams to be the best IMO, and I'd just like to know how it was done.

Hasy anyone tried this system? Seems pretty decent, but it couldn't be very loud running off a 9v
