These coins are completely new coin-face sculpts based on the original dinosaur power coin designs. This project brings together my fascination with dinosaur fossils that stemmed from Jurassic Park when I was 10, and my love for Power Rangers from the same time.
The coins are sculpted as if the original ancient animals were unearthed skeletons. The designs reflect the actual anatomy of each creatures' bones with some creative liberties, and positioned like they are on the original coins. These are made for the recent 2012-2013 Legacy Morpher only. The coins are too large to use with the 1993 original morpher.
The 7th coin, the Brachiosaurus, is an original creation since there was no original Brachiosaur coin or ranger. It is based on the Titanus Brachiosaurus zord.
