do u know toei email address?
It seems, to me, you are very, very...very new at this, so here are some facts people haven't told you, yet:
Power Rangers: Samurai is fim in New Zealand, not in Hollywood, California US.
When Toei supplies props/costumes to Saban Brands, they ship huge wooden crates and crates from Asia to Europe. Imagine the budget just to cover all that freight.
Having said the above, imagine what you'd have to pay for internationally shipping a monster suit, alone, even if you live in Asia or Europe. 2 to 3 thousand US dollars (if not more), plus customs, depending what country you are at. The size of the crate would have to be big enough to accommodate a typical Japanese monster design, which almost over-passes the size of an average human male, horizontally and vertically. The shipping fee, alone, will be murder.
Sometimes, very rarely, used and abused monster suits make it to Yahoo Japan Auctions, going for under or over $2,000.00, depending on the monster, without including shipping. These suits, for the most part, were created for the live-action Ranger stunt-show that tours Japan, on an annual basis. A lot of times, what ends-up in auction is not a full monster suit, but the left overs of it.
If you are outside Japan, can't speak/read Japanese and lack the connections, then you are going to need a deputy service to bid for you, since most Japanese sellers don't want to sell internationally. The deputy service WILL charge you a fee based on the value of whatever you are paying, plus the shipping of the monster suit, from the seller to them, and from them to you. Yes, more shipping money.
Wanting to buy a suit can, easily, set you back $5,000.00 to $10,000.00 total, if not more. The irony is the shipping and service fees will end-up costing more than the monster suit, itself.
Now, there are rare, rare cases when left over monster suits, from the 90s, make it to ebay, but have yet to see a cheap one. Unless you can do local pick-up, the shipping is, always, the deal-killer.
