Power Ranger Megazord

Hi, I am building the Megazord from the Original power rangers,




I plan to have it done by July 4th for a convention. I will also be bringing it to DragonCon this year. I am currently 3d Printing the Helmet. The suit will be made from 3mm Sintra, it will probably be pretty heavy, but it will be worth it!

Here is the progress on the 3d printed Helmet so far. I only have about 4 more pieces to print, 2 rear section and the 2 horns.

Almost done with the main part of the helmet, the last piece is printing right now, then I'm printing the horns!

Woke up this morning to find that the last piece of the main part of the helmet was done, now I can try it on for the first time!
All I have left are the horns, which are now printing. Should be done by tonight!

Printing of the Helmet is done! Now to get it cleaned up for molding!

Progress on the helmet has been slow, have a lot of projects going on at once!


I had the Pep files water jet cut out of sintra. Time to start assembling!
