Power mesh a silicone mask

how is the power mesh add to the stress points, just trying to work out
how to do it if the mould is a jacket and core, and using the gravity pour
method ,how to strengthen these areas.

Probably the easiest way to do it, depending on what silicone you are using, is apply a very thin layer of silicone to the core, and then embed your fabric into it before it dries. Then when you're ready carefully assemble your mold pieces together and do your pour.
