Pourable self vulcanizing rubber for prop knife making?

I'm looking to make a rubber replica of a knife.

Ideally I'd be looking for a liquid rubber that self vulcanizes and has a medium rigidity when cured. I'd likely be pouring into a solid resin mould.

Any suggestions?
