Possible transistors for Obiwan ANH sabers?

I have had these transistors (misplaced) for a long time now, and just recently found them. I am not sure if they could be the ones used on an Obiwan ANH saber, or a close enough style, but based on the guy I got them from, I'd say they are 1960's to 1970's manufacture?

Anyway, I have a few different styles and sizes, and the photos below show a couple views of each style and sizes next to a ruler. I honestly have no idea if these are correct or even close, but I own an early 'fan-made' Obi saber by 'SS Designer' ( I mean very early like 9-10 years ago) that has screws it the transistor spots, otherwise it's really nice for an early model. I also have a MR Obi weathered with machined 'greebly' transitors. May replace those as well, or not.

Anyway, if you can let me know if these look correct or not, I'd appreciate it. May even sell them in the JY if it turns out they are desireable. Right now just looking for advice.
