Poly urethane boots

I'm working on a Cobra Commander costume and was wondering if anyone has had experience with the quality of poly urethane boots, specifically these
or any Funtasma boots:
Funtasma Gotham boots>

Help me out

They get very good reviews by the Batman crowd, they are very close to the Begins/TDK boot. A little large in the calf area though.
