Question PM via email notification, not getting emails.

Hi,
Not sure if this is the related to the server move.
But i have not received any email notification of new reply or
new post in my subscribed threads and forum list.
Its been about 2-3 days now.

Please check the setting for the thread subscriptions to make sure that they are set for email reply. I have been receiving email notifications on all of my subscribed threads.

I have the very same problems. No e-mails on anything, PMs, thread replies, etc. Haven't changed my settings at all

I even tried to get a "forgot my password" e-mail yesterday and got nothing.

Found the "Email me when someone PMs me" area, and decided to try it, but I'm not getting any emails letting me know new PMs have arrived.

Can you take a peek at that for me please?

There appears to be an issue with site generated emails for certain members. We haven't been able to track down the specifics yet.

I had to re-save the settings for the subscription thread for all the subscribed threads.
The next day, some subscribed thread email came through. Not sure if its all of them.
And i just re-saved the pm setting, because that was not working either.

Just an FYI for Art and Montagar...I'm having the same issue in not receiving emails for PMs and subscribed threads with email notification.

We have figured out what the problem is and we are in the process of fixing it.

We are experiencing this issue at the moment because of the following.

We have sent out a membership wide email, and it appears that with all of those emails queued up, the notifications are being added to the queue as well. The notifications will probably show up once the other emails have all been sent. As this is the first mass emailing that we have done since switching to the new servers we will be reviewing the process and tweaking were necessary.

That explains it. I'm on the list for not receiving PM notices or thread post notices. Glad the cause is known and will be resolved.

At the moment it's hit or miss, some are getting through but most are not.

That is what we are trying to determine at the moment, but that is certainly a possibility.

Just noticed this happening to me as well. I've checked my settings here on the site, and I've checked my mail provider's (Gmail) spam filters and not finding anything at all.

Flood of old messages are starting to come through. Lots to delete, lol.
