There are cheap ones available from Halloween costume type places like this:

Of course really nice accurate custom made ones will run you anywhere from $500-$1,000 each.
Depends on what kind of budget you have. I have seen some incredibly accurate and beautifully crafted custom ones, which I am sure cost a bundle.

I have a friend who worked on the Sgt pepper costumes for DragonCon last year. She is always great about posting and sharing all of her research. Although she does not make costumes on comission (don't even bother asking her - lol! She doesn't have time or inclination to.) maybe you could hire a seamstress and point them to the research Maggie at costumer's guide has provided.
