kdawg1 Sr Member Jul 6, 2006 #1 OK, I got a Rubies Begins Cowl and I'm trying to stiffen it up and build it out. When I'm ready what do I do to add the plastic dip do I use the spray what is needed for it to stick ect. I never did this before. Thanks Keith
