Planning on making a Kato mask

I have one that was molded from the molds that were used on the 66 show. However, it does not fit my face well (as you would guess)...but fits my mom perfectly! lol

I plan on making a ducktape mannequin of my face, But, I don't know how to mold it so I get the side pieces (that go around the ear).

Perhaps you could use a pair of glasses frames that fit your face will and use that as a start for a mold. Then you could possibly build off of it, making it more molded to your face once you got a good frame to work with.

Theres a few different designs for the mask too.

I am thinking of combining the two Bruce Lee versions

Did you ever make the kato mask? We are looking for a replica for my museum, the Martial Arts History Museum.

Nope I ended up making one out of a plastic party mask that wouldnt be museum quality lol.

I do have one of these though, wich I think would be perfect for your needs
