@Howlrunner: Couldn't resist, I put together my version of the map after your post. Its very similar to your map and not any better except it extends to the edges of the large map.

Want to do a little more work on it but this is the jist of it.

After some changes on the letter-head of my Letter of Marque, here is my final version.

And here the file as promised. The Original is to be printed as A3. I make this as a free version, but ask everybody not to sell on the bay or somewhere else. The font used for the text may not be screen accurat, but nevertheless looks good (by the way, it is the P22 "Declaration font").
Have fun with it.
