Recent viewing of John Carpenter's Dark Star had me smiling at the old familiar jokes! I thought what a great tribute to he and Dan O'bannon to wear a pair of these sunshades:

Only problem is, they must be pretty scarce, given they're at least 40 years old! But retro fashion seems to rear its head from time to time, so I am hoping someone out there might know where to find a lookalike, or better yet, have ideas for fabricating a replica pair of them.
