Photshop Help

Ok everybody, I know a number of you have and are encredibly good at Photoshoping pics. I have a picture of a friend of mine that I would like to alter. he always jokes about looking like shrek, and he is the right size and height. I would like to see if anyone could help me out by photoshoping the attached picture to make him look just a little bit more like him. If so it would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know.
