Photoshop Favor to ask

Can someone help me clean these 2 images up.I can't seem to get a good quality print.I would need both images cropped so the writing is not there and make it 2 seperate pictures.

Also don't save your files as jpegs, everytime you open and close them the quality decreases D:

That's almost correct. Not open and close decrease the quality. The loss of quality comes on every saving process.

In such cases I prefer PNG. It uses lossless compression and web browsers can display it. PNG uses a bit more space than JPG, if you save photos, but the advantages of PNG outweigh.

This is correct. I never save an image in any other format. :thumbsup
