Pepakura & Vaccume Forming?

Q. I have been going through the Pepa threads, mostly Iron Man on making armor, through all the searching I have not came across any one doing a Pepa file; filling the back side with somthing solid, and then vaccume forming armor. Has any one done this, or is it even posible?

That's kind of what I'm planning to do and yes it's very possible

You really need to make a negative mold then a positive buck from your master. The fiberglass won't hold up to the heat overtime. If you are only doing 1 or 2 pulls then you won't have a problem as long as you reinforce your master.
