Pepakura imperfections..Do they matter??

I'm half way through my first ever pepakura project - an iron man helmet. So far it's going well.

I've noticed one or two imperfections - bumps here and there etc. Do these matter too much with pepakura in view of the fact that filler or whatever will be used down the line and sanded/detailed etc. Can such imperfections be sanded down/out??

They really don't matter but the fewer flaws you have, the less you have to clean up.

Resin and car body filler cover a multitude of sins.....

MiracleMan's got it, if you're planning on using any bondo later, that will fill those imperfections right in, not a problem

Ditto, bondo can fix and improve just about anything.

It's been stated, the finishing stage helps with imperfections. However, the better the job you do on the pep stage, the easier the finishing stage will be. It all gets better in time, believe me.
