Scale it based on the size of your helmet. Great for resining and glassing when you don't want to get your nice stand dirty or glass it and make it look nice. If you are going to use it as a permanent helmet stand, I suggest filling it with expanding foam to support heavier helmets. It is also a great beginners pep model.
