Hello Chaps and Ladies

Hoping some of you lovely folk can help me

I am in need of acquiring Etiher someone who can Make/Sell or throw me general Tips on where to start, I.E. materials/How to's etc etc.

Hopefully for the selling side I will mainly aim for UK based people (unless priced well with p&p) since the British customs these days are robbing bastards.
All Tips and How to general ideas shall be received with the upmost gratitude

First off you're going to need to make a clay mold. I prefer Oil based clay or Terra Cotta because it is very easy to mold. However Air Dry clay cracks and is not recommended. After you made the mold you need to spray it with lacquer and cover it with plaster, at least 1 1/2 inch thick of plaster. After that there are several ways to make the base mask. The silicone and plastic technique which were you cover it with silicone to make the negative mold and then pouring plastics like smoothcast 25. The other technique is the fiberglassing method which is you use fiberglass and rein to make the mask. After that its jut a matter of painting and you're done! Best of luck with the mask.
