Parts ID GB2 Liberty Controller

So I picked up an NES Advantage for $2 and have been working on makeing a liberty controller from Ghostbusters 2. Most of the parts are straight forward but there are two I'm looking for help on.

The first is the circuit board on the right. I could bash something out of perfboard and call it good but I thought I'd see if anyone could identify what it's actually from. The words on the right side seem to be "Electronic Effects Model ----", It's got three 16-pin ICs, 2 resistors, a ceramic capacitor and a trim pot. There are 10 connections labeled "output" going into the slot and I believe the slot is double sided so it's 20 outputs total. Anyone have any idea what this might have been taken out of? I doubt they would have etched a board just for a junk prop.

Second is the white box attached to the left side. Most people say it's a second breadboard but looking closer it's not. I could scratch something out of styrene but does anyone have any ideas what it might be?

No but they would take the same 'effects' board they used for the packs and toss it on there... I believe it was probably an over the counter 'industry' kit at that time...

You're awesome Exoray! :cool:thumbsup Where'd that picture come from? A quick google search turned up this site: http://electroniceffects.com/home which looks like it may be paydirt.

It looks like a breadboard to me. Is there something specific that I'm missing that shows that it's not?

It has multiple deep grooves on the far end that are unlike any breadboard I've seen. The grooves only go up to about where the ribbon cable attaches either, the other sections are smooth. There are also 4 discrete sections to it with beveled edges.
