It seems our good friend Jan Rukr :thumbsup has been busy again since his papercraft 1/1 Aliens Pulse rifle and Judge Dredd Lawgiver and has produced a couple more downloadable 1/1 papercraft weapons to keep us occupied on those long Winter nights:

The Terminator Endo rifle

and my personal favourite

The Starcraft Terran Marine Cannon

They are both in the Bonus Models Section of Jan's site (along with loads of other great models).

I for one am looking forward to building both of these (might scale the Endo rifle up a bit though), thank you Jan. :cheers

Wow have to say that Starcraft gun is great..might have to attempt this at some stage. Too bad there are not more Starcraft props though

how accurate are these dimensions? Could they be used to scratch build a sturdier gun from other material?

Not sure on the Starcraft weapon, but I'd say the Endo Rifle is quite undersized, although I have no doubt that can be corrected at the printing stage easily enough.

If you know the correct measurement of any particular part(s), could you post it so I could determine the scale factor?

Well unfortunately I don't own one to measure :)cry) , however the measurements of the Sideshow Endo rifle which is 1/1 are 13" High (330.2mm) x 31" Long (787.4mm) x 2.5" Deep (63.5mm), should give any builder something to work to, it's certainly how I plan to go about it when I get to it

I've done some printing of some of the parts and some working out and I think Jan's Endo rifle is around 13% too small for a 1/1 rifle. So I'd guess that it'll need scaling up when printing to around 114% or 115%.

How big is the dude in the picture ? It looks like from the tip of the terminator's finger to the tip of the barrel is around 21" and the pic of the dude it looks like it's closer to 14".

It's still one of the coolest things I've ever seen made out of paper. I think it should be about 15 % bigger, maybe more.

Very cool items, nun the less. Great Work.

Excellent, Smithers...It's all coming together now....

Thanks, I'll definitely add this to my project list...

It looks a little small to me.
The screen used endorifle shell from T2 is 30 inches long to the end of the top barrel piece. The barrel piece underneath would add 1/2 inch or so as it sticks out a bit. Here are some pictures of my terminator rifle

I also have the mini endorifle the stop motion terminators used.
Does anyone build these cardboard things for pay?
Yeah, that was about what I'd estimated (31ish inches) and I'm guesstimating out Jan's rifle at around 27inches a good 4inches shorter.

Any chance of seeing some shots of your stop motion rifle?

Thanks. :thumbsup
