Paper prop - photoshop experts, need your help!

I'm hoping that one of the photoshop gurus on here can take this image and make it into a printable paper prop.

It's the 'is it or isn't it' shark evidence photo from Jaws 2:

I thought it would make a cool paper prop, printed out on photo paper.

Any help appreciated, I don't have the photoshop skills to do this myself.

It's certainly doable, especially if there is a CLEAN frame of the image, without the hand at the bottom. Also the higher resolution the better, so if you have a fullscreen grab or an HD/Bluray grab that would be best.

if it were a detailed image it would look like crap, but since it's a fairly abstract-looking "evidence photo", some degradation of the image plays into the storyline.

(EDIT: Glim goes ahead and DOES it, in the time it takes me to explain HOW to do it. What moxie. :lol )
