I asked Ty Teiger (prequel prop master) about the prop several years ago and learned they did not use a real lighter for the barrel. If you scale the gun to a real lighter it would be way too small.

I'd be happy to but have no skill when it comes to molding/casting. :confused
Plus I'd rather make a master casting from the original mold, mold it, then make copies from that since the mold, although in perfect condition, is quite old.
