Ozzy's Crystal Skull (Not that one!)

Being a fan of the old 'In Search Of' and other paranormal shows I always wanted to make a crystal skull. Finally got around to it and thought I would post up my first test pour before I do the heavy duty quartz pour.

Yes, it's a water clear resin. Since the quartz effect takes several weeks to do, I wanted to run a test piece first with some scrap shards as filler. I didn't think it would be any good since the shards were riddled with bubbles, but I rather like the effect since all the bubbles are floating in the center of the skull. Looks a lot like some blown glass pieces I've seen.

Since I'm going to be doing another one soon, this one may be finding its way to the PIF.

That is really cool, great work. All of your pieces just prove that I need to finish my crossroads box up and bury it so I can get on your level lol.
