In celebration of passing the 100 post mark I thought I'd share some pics of my collection. A big thanks to all the great folks I've dealt with over the past few months. This is really a wonderful community and I'm thrilled to be a member!

Here are some pics. As you can probably tell I'm a big Trek fan.

Love the collection - thanks for sharing! :)

Can you tell me where you picked up Kirk's glasses and the case?

Way back in the early 80's my dad took me to a convention in Virginia Beach. I guess I was around 14 at the time. I remember George Takei was a guest. Anyway, in the dealers room was a guy who had several sets of the glasses with the case. They cost me $20.00. It was one of my very first props.

...and a pretty snazzy first prop at that! Thanks for the info. Unless I can get the flux capacitor working, this may require me looking in a different direction. ;) :)

Some really nice stuff there!
I especially like the B-9.
I have no room for a display like that but that doesn't stop me from wanting one!!:lol

You have a fantastic collection! I have some questions about a few of the items.

Where did you get your Enterprise dedication plaque? Is your Cage rifle from rod.com? Also, can you share a little about your WOK phaser?

If possible, can you pose a closeup of your communication panels (and maybe your phasers too)?

Also, which version is your pulse rifle?

Again, great collection! I am working on my home office right now, and it will actually be very similar display wise. I have been considering a glass desk as well. If you had it to do over again, would you buy glass again?

Again, thanks for all the nice comments.

As for diversity of pieces... My main interest has always been Trek. However, there are lot's of other films and TV shows I love and I enjoy having props from those as well.

Have you ever noticed that our hobby is top heavy with faux weapons? Phasers, blasters, lighsabers, the noisy cricket... I've got them all but I made a decision a long time ago to not just have a pretend arsenal. I like the variety of different kinds of props. Besides what's a phaser without a communicator and tricorder?

Very diverse. Nice collection and display. :)
