JUST A PIC OF US IN OUR ARMOR, the stormtrooper gun i made of things i found lying around the garage.

That's my Rubies Vader suit (with a lot of mods), my other suit is much nicer. :D I use that suit for events and trooping.

TK-427 looks great in that picture, as does the Scout Trooper.

Cool pic. only one problem though.....

Sandtrooper = dirty armor

*hint hint* :D

i know , i know , but i like to switch back and forth to stormtrooper to sandtrooper, this is the first day on the job sandtrooper lol

I've been on him to get another set of armor.... :D

Seriously though, it works well to be able to switch from Sand to Storm, adds some variety and makes for a nice change. Me, I am not so lucky, the only things I can change are the helmets, armor and chestboxes I wear which all look the same to the casual observer. :(

That looks great for a Rubies suit. What mods did you do to it?

An awful lot... :)

Here we go:

1. Helmet: Repaint, filed down and squared chin vents, replaced tusks & lenses and grills, dome professionally painted and clear coated in an automotive shop.

2. Armor: repainted and clear coated in auto shop, added cape hook.

3. Chestbox: repainted box and rocker switches and coin slots, installed resin rods, repainted lights to match ESB/ROTJ, added text under coin slots

4. Shins: Repainted

5. Belt: replaced with leather belt, painted and weathered belt buckle, repainted boxes

6. Cape: added plether collar and correct cape chain.

7. Gloves: TK 510 gloves to replace Rubies gloves.

That's about all I can think of right now. :D

Glad you like it. It was a project of love for me.
