Hello... Today was a great day.
I came across a person here in Norway that shares some neat stuff with me.
This photo is a scan of a poloaroid taken during the filming of ESB on the mountains of Finse in Norway.
He was at that time 10 years of age and they dressed him up as a rebel solidier. The troopers were Norwegians.
His freinds mother was fimling some of the shots. They traveled up to the hotell to se the filming of the movie. He meet with the stars and he was allowed to wear original helmets and accessories. The googles they used for the movie was bought at the local ski shop. The weapons were hired by the army and modified them for the movie. The radar disc was an original radar that they modified. He also said that during the filming of Luke screaming for Ben in the snowstorm they were in the second floor looking out the window down on the filming. He said it was a snow storm so the crew did not want to risk their equipment outside so they open the door to the hotell and filmed from the inside and just let the guys run out and act.
He also said that they filmed a nightshot of the trench that never ha been released. Aperently it was something to do with Luke missing in the cold.
He also knew of the guys making the Snowspeeder clip. Aperently they did this from a chopper. If you look carefully you can se on the snowmobile it say Empire Strikes Back... They also had stickers on the the chopper.

Some other news from Elstree... Well aprently Harrison Ford was so tired of the filming of Star Wars that he took an electric drill and started to cut milenium falcon to pieces. :lol
ORIGINAL STORYBOARD
This comes from an original book. It looks like Mcguires drawing.
Its the ANH scene of then boarding Princes Leias ship.
Note the troopers head blowing up.. Aperently they mask were soposed to be vacumed so when the helmet was hit and leaked pressure his head blew up.. The story is allot darker.
Secondly the story i think they call Eye of Eternity that was soposed to be filmed instead of ESB is very interesting. This is were Luke and Darth vader meets and fight for the first time. This is where Luke and Leia is chased by the empire and stumbles across Vader.
Vader know nothing about Luke as his son so vader thinks he is a normal human but fast realize Lukes power the instant luke cuts of Vaders arm.
Luke and Leia flee and thats when Darth Vader gets his eyes up for Luke.
This story was intended to be filmed instead of ESB.
Also i did not know untill now that Han Solo was a former stormtrooper.
He was kicked out of the imperial academy. That is why he knew about the waste dump prosediours when they atached to the Stardestroyer.
TODAY IS A GOOD DAY!!
