This is a sad day for me. He performed most of my favorite characters.

I was truly saddened to see this, as it was so much a part of my childhood. I have to admit though the name didn't ring any bells with me til I read the article. RIP.

I'm so old I consider the Count to be a newer Sesame St. character.

Never was much of a fan of the Count but I really enjoyed his other work. Great loss.
