Then two volumes of the United States Coast Pilot:
#1 - Atlantic Coast: Eastport to Cape Cod
#2 - Atlantic Coast: Cape Cod to Sandy Hook
The Waterway Guide chartbook would most logically be the "Northern edition." Unfortunately, since it's updated annually, decades-out-of-date copies are likely to have been superceded in a lot of libraries. The publisher still exists, though; might be worth shooting them an email in case they have company archives:

The red one is obviously hard... I thought I might've lucked upon it with "The Yachtsman's Guide to First Aid Afloat" by Earl B. Rubell, but that wasn't published until 1979 as far as I can tell. Still, it's in the ballpark, so that might be a workable fallback if you can't find anything more consistent.
