Need a 6th scale Quint. So better get better at this digital sculpting

So yesterday was full-on finished fiberglassing Bruce. printed a test Quint sculpt for scale. The hat arrived to scan 40 MHz radio from eBay arrived for Bruce. and scanned and printed Quint's deck shoes. The plan is only to make Quint on his flighting chair at 6th scale, I would need to move house to make the ORCA (one day one day)

Posting photos here has been a great way to lock back at this past year. I still remember that morning I woke up and said "I'm going to make the ORCA for my NECA Quint. I'd just finished designing the interior of a TV time-traveling spaceship in Wales and needed something to wind me down. Who would have thought I would become obsessed

I’m not at the standard of bloops sculpts but I’m pretty happy with him, of course I’m going to have to do all 3 now. Rod for my own back but wile the strike is on I have the time.

Just some dry brushing to do and some gloss in the eyes after the Matt coat drys . I hate painting faces it’s so hard

Funny just looking at the photo from earlier, I had a strange print line that I thought was me not tightening the bed properly. Now I know what it is I hollowed out the finished print unlike the test print and because of the angle I printed him at to avoid supports on his Face ID created a suction point . Solution very small hole in the back of his head.
